Domestic Medium Hair / Mixed (medium coat) : : Male (neutered) : : Baby
Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.
Meet Puck! Puck is a handsome and fluffy tabby and white who was rescued with his 2 sisters Ophelia & Tobie by a CCI volunteer. A neighbor reached out to her for help when the kittens came into their yard. The next day we were able to trap their mama and their other sister Ivy. Puck is a sweet and gentle boy who is a tad shy at first but is easily turned around if you can give him time and are willing to work with this sweet boy. He will let you hold him and you will get lost in his extremely soft fur! He is very playful and loves his sisters. They are always sleeping, playing and cuddling together and are very bonded and we would love for any of them to be adopted as a pair. They can be adopted into a home with a smaller cat friendly dog.
Thank you for your interest in one of our adoptable kitties. All of our kitties are fully vetted (age-appropriate vaccines, spayed, tested for feline leukemia and feline aids, and they are microchipped.) They live in private foster homes with their foster families. Our adoption fees are $75 - $125. In order to match the best home for our foster kitties, we ask folks to complete our adoption application in advance; simply go to www.candyscats.org/forms. You will need to register on our site, then fill out an Adoption Application. We'll review your information and get back in touch with you. Cats are not adopted first-come, first-served, but rather the best home for the kitty, but we do give consideration to the folks who take the time to fill out the application in advance. Almost all of our volunteers work during the week; to be able to meet one of our cats by appointment during non-adoption days (Saturday, 11 - 4, Sunday 12 - 4), your application needs to be filled out in advance and approved by our adoption coordinator prior to scheduling an appointment to meet with the cats. Thank you once more for your interest in our wonderful cats; we hope we can find one that is the perfect fit for you and your home.
