Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.

Hello,

An update for you: 9/14/12

I am now healthy and ready to go, mom says I am VERY loving and sweet(still) and that I have been able to put some weight on and am now even more handsome than before, especially since I am a 3 legged love!  If you would like more details about me please contact    Candy's cats and let them know you would like to meet me and give me a new home and endless laps to warm.

My name is Tiltman, and as you can see, I am resting comfortably in my temporary home. However, it was only a little while ago that I was living behind a Kangaroo gas station with many other cats. It was not an easy life for me because I was often very hungry and had to endure all types of weather. Some days were better than other though - occasionally some nice people, including my foster parents, would stop by the station and give us something to eat. Well, during one of those stops, my temporary parents noticed that my leg was broken and I was dragging it underneath  me. Well, that was heart breaking for them and they wanted to help me. So, long story short - after many weeks passed and many efforts to find and capture me, they were finally able to rescue me. I could not resist the delicious wet food that was placed in the back of a cat carrier - and that is how I ended up here. And, even though it took me about a day or so to warm up to my foster parents, I was so grateful to know that I will be getting help for my leg injury, and will never be hungry again. I'm so lucky that Candy's Cats agreed to take me in and provide the surgery that I need for my leg, and care for me until I find my new forever family.

Please do not let my pictures scare or upset you- I was living a very rough life, but am on the path to getting well and healthy, so  please keep looking back to my page to see how handsome I truly am once I get outdside filth all my hurts taken care of by my foster mom!    See you Soon.

Meow for now,

hi I am back.... as you can see they had to remove my leg, but I am managing beautifully.  I am loving my safe, healthy, flea and dirt free life with my foster mom.  I look forward to meeting you soon and sharing my purrrs with you and maybe even becoming part of your special family.
