Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process. 

Doriana was found at Lake Orlando golf course during the hot summer rainy season.  She was malnourished, literally skin and bones.  Through the loving care of Park Avenue Animal Hospital, she has grown into a beautiful butterball.  Her pictures don't do her justice.  She's really beautiful.

Doriana is shy, reserved, and will run from you if you try to pick her up.  BUT! She will let you hold her on your lap for hours once you pick her up, purring, and sleeping while you pet her.  Not once has she hissed or put her claws out.  Doriana needs a QUIET home - she gets frightened by loud noises, people and other animals.  A mellow dog or another cat will be fine for her to be with and preferred, unless her new mommy or daddy will be home most of the time to give her the attention she deserves and needs to come out of her shell.

Doriana has a little bit of weepy eyes when she is stressed, but because of her early life she is checked by Dr. Rick who says she is perfectly healthy and there is nothing wrong with her except she needs her forever home.
