Candy's Cats

Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process. 

Hi, we are Miss Darcy and Banjo one-year old sister & brother pair.  Our owner had us since we were eight-weeks old but recently had to surrender us for personal reasons, and she trusted Candy’s Cats to help us find our new forever home. We must be adopted together.

We are very calm and sweet-natured and are in good health.  We love pets and snuggles once we get to know you. We like to be around people but will need a quiet home.  Older kids are okay, and other calm, non-dominant cats are okay. We have never been around dogs, but it would probably be best to be in a home with no dogs or with a calm, quiet dog that would not pay us much attention. 

Banjo is a big pussycat, literally and figuratively.  This handsome boy loves to roll over for belly rubs, especially when you ask, “Where is my handsome boy?” in a soft, baby-talk voice.  He leans into you for pets, and his purr is like a diesel engine.

Miss Darcy prefers neck and chin rubs.  She also loves nose kisses and will lean into you for pets.  She is happy to see you and comes over to greet you when you enter the room.
