Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.

Lauren is a very sweet 4 year old girl who has had a very hard life. Lauren was abandoned by her owners when they moved out. They left her alone and disoriented on the streets. Lauren was fed by a neighbor but that neighbor was also in the process of moving out as well. Luckily that neighbor contacted a foster volunteer for Candy's Cats and Lauren was rescued from the streets on August 28, 2020. Lauren is looking for a forever home where she can have love and be appreciated. At the foster home where she is now, she loves to sleep with her foster mom. She gets along well with the resident cats but gets scared when bigger cats get too close to her. Lauren loves to have her head scratched and is very affectionate. Lauren needs a home where there is another kitty that is quiet and low-key and NO DOGS. Won't you please consider sweet Lauren

Our kittens and cats are not adopted on a first come, first serve basis. We make an effort to match the perfect person or family with each cat/kitten. If there are two names together, those are bonded cats and we will not separate them. All of our kittens must have a kitten, cat and/or dog companion, unless otherwise noted. In some cases, our adults may need to have a companion but read the description as it will be listed there. Please read down to the bottom of this kitty's page to find out more details about its personality.

We'll review your information and get back in touch with you.  Every one of our kitties are fully-vetted (age-appropriate vaccines, spayed, tested for feline leukemia and feline aids, and they are microchipped.) They live in private foster homes with their foster families. Our adoption fees are $75 - $125.
