Candy's Cats

Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process. 

I LOVE everything I meet, getting affection and playing!! I love toys, playing and being silly but I also am a sweet boy who will happily sleep in the bed with you at night!! I get along great with any animal I have met, and would be the perfect addition to a home that already has another pet! I am very high energy, and would be great for any home but I know I'd do well being around kids, because they would play with me! My foster mom thinks I'd do best in a home with other pets so I would have someone to play with! I get along with older kitties, I don't bother them and I am respectful to all the cats in my foster home.

I have the funniest meow, it's almost like I'm croaking like a froggy! Sometimes my meows come out entirely silent! I sure will try to talk to you though! I will follow you around the house and I enjoy being around my humans, and I'm NEVER aggressive.

I need to be adopted with my brother, Leonard, we are the VERY best of friends! We are SO good together, we love to play, tussle, give each other kisses and snuggle. I don't know what I'd do without him! We're a great pair and you wouldn't regret adopting us!

My brother and I both had a hard start to life, and were very ill when we were tiny babies. My brother Leonard got better, but I still am not 100%. I am what the vet calls a 'chronic snuffler', she thinks I will grow out of it, but for now I look like I've always got a little cold. I've been on 7 different antibiotics as well as holistic remedies and the very best of food, but I still get a boogery nose and an icky eye. It's not contagious to my brother or my foster Mommy's cats, but it does mean I needs my nose wiped with a wet tissue in the morning, and my eyes cleaned up with a wet tissue. We are the BEST cats in the entire world, but we're worried no one will give us a chance because we take more TLC than the average kitty, which makes us categorized as 'special needs' kitties, and people always pass us by.

My foster Mom can promise you that we are the best kitties you will ever meet. We are affectionate, loving, adoring, playful, silly, attentive, sweet natured, adjust the change easily, and get along with every person and animal we have ever met.
