Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.

Bootsie is a sweet and lovable cat that has been returned to Candy's Cats after being adopted back in 2006.

She is extroverted and friendly and is current on all her shots, she just needs to find a happy and forever home where she can love and be loved like the wonderful cat she has grown into. She is fine with other cats and dogs with the proper introduction.

She will hide initially for a couple of days because she doesn't understand why she has been taken from the only home she remembers and into a temporary situation where she goes into cages for a day or a cubby for the week, so she gets cranky. After a few days she is fine. She recently had her teeth cleaned and got a great report!
